On Monday, Jan. 21 Carrie Underwood welcomed her second child — a baby boy named Jacob Bryan Fisher — with husband Mike Fisher.

She confirmed the news on Wednesday in a stunning Instagram post.

“Jacob Bryan Fisher entered the world in the wee hours of the morning on Monday … his mum, dad and big brother couldn’t be happier for God to trust them with taking care of this little miracle!” Underwood wrote alongside a photo gallery of herself, Fisher and proud big brother Isaiah Michael, 3½, with newborn Jacob.

“Our hearts are full, our eyes are tired and our lives are forever changed. Life is good … ” she added.

The little one’s arrival comes months after Underwood revealed she and Fisher, 38, were expecting another child in August.

She announced the sex of her baby in November during the opening of the 2018 CMA Awards, which she co-hosted once again alongside Brad Paisley at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee.

Last year, she shared how she suffered three miscarriages from 2017 to 2018. During an emotional interview with CBS Sunday Morning in September, she opened up about her challenging fertility struggles.

Explaining her reaction to the heartbreak, the “blessed” star said, “My son, Isaiah, is the sweetest thing. And he’s the best thing in the world. And I’m like, ‘If we can never have any other kids, that’s okay, because he’s amazing.’ “
