Chrissy Teigen is many things – a successful model, cookbook author, wife to singer John Legend and devoted mum to Luna, 3, and Miles, 1.
So it’s no wonder the 33-year-old has absolutely no time for social media trolls and ‘mum shamers’, and she’s not afraid to shout it from the rooftop.

Since welcoming daughter Luna in 2016, Teigen has shared the ups and downs (and all the in-betweens) of parenthood with her fans.
From postnatal depression to how her sex life has changed, no topic has been off limits.
On April 20, 2016, the new mum tweeted, “No-one told me I would be coming home in diapers, too”.
Like anyone living their life in the public eye, she’s copped a lot of backlash, too,
with everything from how her body bounced back after birth, to enjoying a dinner out with Legend a few days after Luna’s birth.
“I knew mummy shaming was a thing, but I didn’t think it would come from going to dinner,” she told WHO at the time.
When Luna was just 6 months old, Teigen was criticised for holding her new bub in a paparazzi photo.
“This is not how a baby is held!!!!” a user wrote.
“I don’t give a crap where that baby popped out from! Do not hold a baby like a handbag!”
After responding with a sarcastic “really because that’s how I’m f–king holding her”, Teigen asked the troll to put herself in a similar situation.
“I definitely want another child, but definitely not now,” Teigen told WHO. “We’re gonna space this one a little longer than the two of them.”
Around the same time, the model took the chance to address post-pregnancy weight loss and the unrealistic expectations new mums place on themselves to “get back” to their pre-baby figure.
“We have nutritionists, we have dietitians, we have trainers, we have our own schedules, we have nannies. We have people who make it possible for us to get back into shape,” she told the US Today show.
“But nobody should feel like that’s normal, or like that’s realistic.”
On the other hand, the star wanted other parents to know that even the biggest celebs aren’t immune to postnatal depression and admitted she had times where she struggled to cope.
“I think a lot of the mood stuff that happens afterwards isn’t really talked about,” Teigen said.
“Whether it’s postpartum depression or, for me, some days I wouldn’t know how to cope with work and juggle things.”
More recently – since welcoming son Miles in May last year – Teigen has had her parenting picked apart for both her children.
When Miles was just a few months old, Teigen shared on Twitter that he would be “getting fitted for a helmet today for his adorable slightly misshapen head”.
Despite assuring fans “he is a happy bug”, the mum-of-two was criticised for her decision to use the device – but Teigen was ready to defend herself.
“Good morning trolls! Just a friendly reminder that you do not indeed know absolutely everything,” she wrote.
On June 10, Legend, 40, called out the biggest issue with the ‘mum shaming’ his wife received.
“People were shaming Chrissy for leaving the house, and didn’t say anything bad to me,” he told Romper.
“Look, we’re both parents and we’re both going out. If you think that’s not appropriate — and first of all, you shouldn’t think that’s not appropriate — if you’re going to blame somebody, blame both of us, not just the mother.”
Speaking to WHO, Legend has opened up about Luna taking to the role of big sister.
“She tries to play with [Miles]. She takes care of him too. She’ll feed him. She’ll pat his little head,” the doting dad said.
“She’s very loving with him.”
