Cody Simpson was caught in a public fight with girlfriend Miley Cyrus yesterday, all over her ex-husband Liam Hemsworth.

While the 22-year-old singer was at Andrew Boy Charlton pool in Sydney doing some laps, an onlooker overheard him talking about Miley on the phone. “We had a weird one yesterday… not really an argument but she kind of shut down,” he said.
“Yeah, it was kind of s**tty, but whatever,” he added.
Explaining further for all our hungry ears, Cody discussed how the country has turned on him because of Liam.
“I’m copping s**t here because of [her] exes. You know, her husband is Australian,” Cody continued.
Now, in an attempt to smooth things over with Miley, he has gushed about her on social media as he rushes back to her side in the US.
“Miss you every second,” he wrote on a photo hugging the star, calling her his “archangel” and “best mate”.
He also said he was “so so glad” to be going “home”.
While Cody is a fellow Australian, he has lived in Hollywood since he was a teenager… and the general public has definitely taken Liam’s side in the divorce, despite him being completely unbothered by her actions.
A source close to Liam, 29, recently told E! News that he’s “stopped seeking out updates on her and what she’s gotten up to. He doesn’t want to hear about it and usually doesn’t.”
“Nothing is really a surprise at this point,” the insider continued. “He’s leaving it all in the past and is in a different place now. He is busy on set and working. That’s his focus now and what he is going to keep doing.”
The hunky actor has also found love again, with an Australian girl!
Liam and Dynasty actress Maddison Brown have been casually dating for a few weeks now, however, a new source has revealed how serious their relationship is becoming.
According to insiders, Liam “head over heels” for her, already pondering on the next steps…
“It’s still early days but Liam is head over heels for Maddison. This has all the makings of a serious relationship,” the sources told New Idea. “He and Maddison have so much in common, they’re having a great time.”
“Chris has already give Maddison the thumbs up! To say they like each other is an understatement!”
