Constance Hall has revealed she’s broke after a fan slammed her for charging $7.50 for monthly subscription fees to her blog.
The mum of seven announced on Facebook last week that a fan had written to her saying she felt ‘bullied and left out’ because she couldn’t afford the mummy blogger’s premium content fees and that the money had gone to Constance’s head.
WATCH Constance speak out about online bullying:
‘You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about regarding my finances, I make my donations, I try and support my family and I lie awake in bed crying because I can not pay my electricity bill,’ the Dancing With The Stars alum penned.
Hall is being sued by journalist Kristen Watts, who edited the blogger’s sell-out book, for unpaid fees.
She also admitted she had “maxed out her credit card’ in order to pay the fees of three ongoing legal cases, had applied for another loan to pay off other bills and couldn’t even afford therapy to help her deal with the stress.
‘My kids have gone without so much and I have told them it’s so they become better people.. it’s not, it’s because at the moment, we have nothing,’ she said.
‘Acting as if I don’t know what it’s like to be broke and saying that the money has gone to my head is so extremely untrue.’
