Australian Survivor‘s Daisy Richardson is being slammed online by viewers after her behaviour towards Shaun Hampson on Tuesday’s episode.
Fans were outraged when the 24-year-old gushed over the AFL star, who is engaged to Australian model Megan Gale.
When Daisy admitted that she had “connected” with Shaun, fans began to attack her online for the inappropriate comment.

One user accused the travel agent of expecting the 31-year-old to be interested in her, writing:
“He’s not going to dump Megan for you, Daisy. Calm down.”
Another fan agreed, saying: “This chick trying to cut Megan’s grass?”
Daisy fawned over Shaun while he shared a birthday message to his 5-year-old-son River, – who he shares with Megan, along with Rosie, 22 months– sadly confessing that he had missed his birthday while being on the show.
The AFL player wrote his son’s name in the sand as a sweet tribute to him, which Daisy appeared to find charming.
The brunette confessed that she was feeling homesick and said that Shaun had been her rock while on the show.
“The toughest part of Survivor right now is being away from home,” Daisy said.
“My lifeline out here is Shaun. I’ve been really lucky, cause I’ve come in here and really found someone I’ve connected with,” she said.
The Survivor contestant couldn’t help but point out their shared sense of humour and their similar work ethic.
Daisy also commented that she trusted her co-star from “day dot.”
“Shaun is probably the nicest person ever put on this Earth. [He] Eats rainbows for breakfast and is just so positive.”
His fiance Meghan would definitely agree, once calling him the best human she knows.
“You’re the most wonderful father, friend and partner in love and life and I LOVE living life with you,” she stated in an Instagram post for Shaun’s birthday.
The Perth-born beauty welcomed her first child, River, with the former-AFL player in 2014. The pair had Rosie May Dee, three years later.
However, while the couple felt the euphoric high around giving birth to their first child, they also endured epic lows.
A mere month before River was born, Shaun’s father passed away, and then 14 weeks later Gale’s father followed.
In an exclusive interview with Who, Megan said, “It really makes you stop and think how important health and time is – cherishing the time you’ve got left. I don’t know what’s worse, watching someone deteriorate slowly, or having someone ripped away from you without warning.”
The Aussie couple has been engaged since 2017, however, they are yet to plan their wedding.
“Nothing’s happened yet!” Megan told news.com.au last month.
“At the risk of sounding totally unromantic, I’ve never been that kind of girl who has dreamt about her big day and her dress and special moment. No, it never felt very ‘me’.”
