Just days before Married At First Sight kicks off for 2019, former cast mate Dean Wells is taking a moment to reflect.
And the MAFS groom would like everyone to know that he’s actually a solid guy – it was the show that ruined his portrayal.
The 41-year-old, who was a major star from the show after cheating on his “wife” Tracey with fellow bride “Davina”, chatted to The Daily Telegraph about his woes.

On Wednesday, the creative director who still proudly features his time on the show on Instagram bio, remarked:
“I have spoken out about the editing and the manipulation that goes on behind the scenes and the way they portrayed me.”
“They pretty much did a number on me and portrayed me as a sexist misogynist a***hole, which is completely not true.”
Dean and his fellow cast have all been blocked by Channel 9.
Telv Williams and Dean answered a Q&A with fans on Instagram.
When asked why they were blocked, Telv dished, “I actually think it’s really just free advertising for Channel Nine.”
“Channel Nine timed it [well]… it was free advertising for them.”
Dean chimed in, “They just try to make drama… It’s free advertising for them.”
