Actress DuShon Monique Brown passed away on March 23 at age 49.
TMZ report that the actress, who played Connie, the assistant to Chief Boden on Chicago Fire, died after suffering an apparent heart attack.
“The Chicago Fire family is devastated to lose one of its own,” Chicago Fire’s executive producer Dick Wolf said in a statement. “Our thoughts and prayers are with DuShon’s family and we will all miss her.”
Brown also appeared on Prison Break from 2005-2007 as Katie Welch.
The Unexpected actress leaves behind a daughter, Zoe Brown.
