The Married At First Sight fans have spoken, and they are NOT happy about Tuesday night’s episode dedicated entirely to Heidi and Mike, with many of them branding it ‘boring’ and ‘dragged out’.
Despite their ups and downs throughout the series, Mike, 44, and 38-year-old Heidi chose to stay together during the final commitment ceremony.
But by the time they finally uttered ‘I love you,’ some viewers had already tuned out.
‘Are Channel Nine legit pulling a prank on us with this episode? Watching Heidi and Mike is so unbearable. I’ve had more fun at the dentist.,’ wrote one fan.
Another added: ‘OMG, this is seriously just Heidi and Mike all episode? Who cares? Dump him Heidi and get on with your life, KILL ME NOW!’
‘One hour of Mike and Heidi is 50 minutes too long. I’m exhausted!’ and ‘Well tonight’s episode was a waste of time. I don’t even care if they stay together anymore!’ were just some of the other harsh comments.
Others felt that Mike had made the episode all about himself, with one person Tweeting: ‘An hour of Mike going on about Mike. The final vow was a short novel’.
