It first came to Australia in 2007 and was hosted by Getaway presenter Natalie Gruzlewski.

After eight seasons, it was canned in 2012, but was picked up again in 2016, hosted by Sam McClymont. After just one season, it was cancelled in December 2016.

The show saw may couple try…and fail at finding love. But one of the success stories, Rob Hodges and Joanna Fincham are still going strong.

Since appearing on the show the couple have gone on to marry and have three children, daughters Darcy, seven, and Maggie, five, and three-year-old son Roy.

“It really makes me happy, going out and helping on the farm. I love it,” Joanna told Mamamia recently.

“Maggie knows more than I do on the farm. The other day I said, ‘Oh, look at the heifers!’ And she said, ‘Mum, they’re not heifers. They’ve had babies.’’”
