MasterChef judge George Calombaris has pleaded guilty to assaulting a teenager after the A-league grand final in Sydney this year.
The chef, 38, was charged with assaulting the 19-year-old male in May after the football final between Melbourne Victory and Sydney FC.
7News reports that his barrister, Brendan Green, entered a guilty plea for Calombaris who was not present, with the case being adjourned for sentence on September 8.

The TV personality apologised for his actions against the Melbourne supporter the following day.

“I was offended by a spectator yelling out abusive and derogatory comments about my family,” he said in a statement.
