The new teaser trailer for Solo: A Star Wars Story has been released, showcasing the new Han Solo portrayed by Alden Ehrenreich.
Longtime fans of the movie franchise are having a hard time accepting the fact that he isn’t Harrison Ford, the original Han Solo.

“I’m a little disrupted by the fact Alden Ehrenreich doesn’t look, sound, or even act like Harrison Ford,” one fan wrote.
Another said, “alden ehrenreich is quite possibly the worst casting pick of the century… even in the 40 second teaser trailer his acting is sh*t and all we hear is his voice”.

I know it’s only a trailer but Alden Ehrenreich seems totally miscast

Watched Solo teaser again. I think this will end up being a solid film with some great aspects.

But as fantastic as Alden Ehrenreich is (& he's got some great charisma), I'm just not getting Han vibes from him so far. I'm afraid he won't congeal with rest of film. We shall see…
However, there are members of the Star Wars fandom who are willing to give the actor a chance:
Wanting Alden Ehrenreich (or whoever) to look exactly like 1970s Harrison Ford in the Han Solo movie is a perfect example of having ridiculous, unrealistic expectations

90% of twitter is criticizing Alden Ehrenreich without having seen any of his movies and it's kind of hilarious

I'm gonna say something a lot of people are afraid to say, and something I never thought I'd say.

I can totally see Alden Ehrenreich as a young Han Solo. I really can. I don't know if his voice is sitting right with me, because he sounds too much like me, but I can see it.
