He’s not shy about flashing his cash, so it’s no surprise that Married At First Sight’s Michael Goonan owns a million-dollar mansion in one of Adelaide’s most affluent beachside suburbs.

The reality star – who is the director of his parents’ business, Adelaide Ice – purchased the lavish mansion several years ago when he was just 24-years-old.
The modern home boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two garages, a swimming pool and cinema room and is now believed to be worth around $1.5million.

‘I can’t remember since I was 12 a week that I wasn’t working. I’m the director of a cold food storage and food manufacturing business,’ he said during one of the earlier episodes of MAFS.
‘When I was 24 I was actually able to afford a property over $1million. It has all paid off. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have a taste for a couple of watches and shiny toys.’
But while Michael’s bank balance may be going from strength to strength, the same can’t be said for his love life.
Hayley Vernon – who Michael is alleged to have had a night of passion with – revealed to Who Online that the serial cheater also tried to seduce fellow bride Vanessa Romito, however, she pushed him off straight away.
“We were all very drunk and he was even trying to hook up with Vanessa at one stage,” said Hayley, who was forced to leave the experiment last week after her turbulent relationship with David Cannon reached rock bottom. “He was being a boisterous boy thinking he was some macho man.”
She continued: “He has an answer for everything and he doesn’t have anything. I don’t think he has depth or substance and I don’t get along with people who can’t own their truth.”
