It’s been a whirlwind few months for lovebirds Locky Gilbert and Irena Srbinovska. Since taking their relationship public in the season finale, the 31-year-old nurse has relocated to Perth to live with her Bachelor beau. But if her latest Instagram post is anything to go by, it seems she’s already thinking about what’s coming next: babies.
On Monday, she took to Instagram Stories to share a snap of the tour guide cuddling up to a friend’s little one.
“A man with a baby😍” she captioned it, adding: “My ovaries 😫”
The exciting update comes just days after Irena dropped a huge hint that a proposal could soon be on the cards.
When asked by a fan in an IG Q&A whether Locky had already dropped a knee, she responded: “No we are not engaged…yet.”
But despite all this talk of the future, Irena’s move to WA hasn’t entirely been smooth sailing.
She recently confessed that she’s missing her loved ones in Melbourne – especially since a serious health scare left her father hospitalised.
“I am definitely homesick and with everything that has happened with my dad I really miss home too but I am absolutely loving my new life in Perth,” she wrote on social media.
“Like everyone, I have my good days and then days when I have my cry to Locky about how much I miss home. Moving for love was an easy decision and I am very happy in Perth with Locky.”
Fans had speculated that the couple had reached a rough patch in their relationship after she shared that she’d been “under a lot of stress” and had “a lot happen” in her life of late.
However, the couple cleared things up in a chat on the Kyle and Jackie O Show.
“There was a while where we didn’t know if [dad] was going to make it or not. I’m so far away from them, and I was feeling helpless in hotel quarantine,” she said, before revealing that her dad’s health has significantly improved and that she and Locky are “better than ever.”
“Locky is the main reason why I got through my dad being unwell. Those few days when we weren’t sure if he was going to make it, it was Locky that kept me calm.”
