Nick Cummins recently confessed that dating was the furthest thing on his mind but it may turn out that the Honey Badger has found love in even the most hopeless of places.
After failing to pick anyone from his stint on The Bachelor Australia, Nick Cummins decided to clear his mind by going to Papua New Guinea where he walked the Kokada Trail… But what he found on the trek was a lot more than clarity, he apparently found a girlfriend!
The Sunday Telegraph are reporting that Nick Cummins and Lucy Steggles – heiress to the chicken company of the same name!
The pair have been friends for “a number of years”, took their relationship to the next level when they walked the Kokoda Track together recently.
According to the report, the two met through James Brodie, the boyfriend of Lucy’s sister Kristie who is also Cummin’s trainer.
Just last week, the former Bachie admitted the show had a grueling effect on his mental health.
“I consider myself a pretty upbeat energetic dude and then all of a sudden you just get the wind cut out of your sails,” he said on The Project.
“I’ve never been in a mental space as low as I have been on that show.”
