The former Australia’s Got Talent star recently made his return to the spotlight on Nine’s The Voice Australia, and the 22-year-old has admitted he’s overwhelmed with the public’s support.

Watch Jack Vidgen’s amazing performance during The Voice knockout round:

Talking to 9Honey Celebrity, Jack revealed that he keeps “bursting into tears randomly” because he has experienced “so much overwhelming love and kindness and positivity”.

In fact, the Australian singer’s Blind Audition of Adele’s ‘Hello,’ which resulted in all four coaches, Delta Goodrem, Boy George, Kelly Rowland and Guy Sebastian turning their chairs, has been viewed over a million times of YouTube.

“It’s honestly been so crazy. I had no idea what to expect, “The Voice star continued.

“It’s just been so amazing. Everyone’s comments have been so lovely.”

Despite shying away from the spotlight after winning Australia’s Got talent at just 14-years-old and spending a couple of unsuccessful years in Los Angeles, Jack said this time round will be different, thanks to his mentor, Guy Sebastian.

“I think I do really need this time of being mentored,” he said.

“I’ve kind of gone through similar situations before without a mentor, and I think looking back, if I could do it again with a mentor, I 100 percent would, and I think Guy’s such an amazing person to do that.”
