He famously won the 2011 season of Australia’s Got Talent at the tender age of 14, but in recent years Jack Vidgen has shied away from the spotlight.
However, eight years after winning over the Australian nation, the now 22-year-old is back and hoping for a second chance in the music industry.
And the talented singer has totally transformed his look!
“ANNOUNCING: @jack.vidgen is coming to The Blinds to remind Australia what he’s made of,” read a post on the official The Voice Australia Instagram page on Sunday.
Followers of the singing competition were quick to express their shock at Jack’s transformation, with some even speculating as to whether he’d undergone cosmetic surgery.
“Yikes… the lips?!” wrote one person, while another penned, “Omg his lips”.
This isn’t the first time Jack has faced scrutiny over his looks. In 2017 he addressed rumours about his altered appearance, tweeting: “Omg have people heard of a thing called puberty?”
His mother also reportedly shut down cosmetic surgery rumours, writing on Facebook, “Jack has never had even one cosmetic surgery procedure… he has gone from a little boy to a man.. his looks changed because he grew up! [sic]”.
