Karl Stefanovic’s wife, Jasmine Yarbrough showed off her blossoming baby bump for the first time at a public event yesterday.

In pictures obtained by Daily Mail Australia, the shoe designer looked radiant in an off-the-shoulder blue dress as she watched the second-round match between Australia’s Ashleigh Barty and Slovenia’s Polona Hercog at the Australian Open in Melbourne.
The 35-year-old was joined by husband Karl and his daughter, Ava, 14, from his first marriage to Cassandra Thorburn.
And after making a rare comment about his divorce from estranged ex-wife Cassandra yesterday, Karl couldn’t wipe the smile off his face this morning while gloating about his “glowing” wife, Jasmine Yarbrough.
Appearing on KIIS FM’s The Kyle And Jackie O Show alongside his new Today show co-host, Allison Langdon, Karl said he’s glad the controversy surrounding his marriage to the shoe designer and all the drama that followed has eventually subsided.
“She’s going really great, she’s terrific,” Karl said of his 35-year-old wife.
“She’s glowing and we are happy, very happy. We are glad some of the heat had died down from the whole thing and we can finally lead a normal life as we did before.”
While he didn’t go into specifics, we can only assume he’s referencing his controversial firing from the Today show which occurred days into their honeymoon and two weeks after tying the knot with Jasmine. Karl himself has said on multiple occasions that the axing was a huge shock to the system and affected his ability to enjoy his vacation with his new wife.
It’s also possible he was alluding to the backlash he copped when he moved on from his ex-wife Cass so soon after splitting. Speaking to Neil Mitchell on 3AW yesterday, Karl admitted that his highly publicised divorce deeply affected his career.
“Personally, it was a bit hard because I thought a lot of people do go through relationship difficulties and, unfortunately, for me that was in a very public way, but that’s what happens when you’re a public person,” he told 3AW on Wednesday morning.
“But I thought, ‘Well hang on, a lot of people go through this, and why is mine such a big deal?’ I still don’t know why it was.
“I got divorced, I did find love again, and I’m sorry if people are offended by that, but it’s made me really happy.”
