First it was the girl, then it was the house.
For the first time in almost five years, Justin Beiber has finally committed to a permanent home in Los Angeles with his wife, Hailey Baldwin.
It is reported by the Los Angeles Times that the property is valued at $11.9 million AUD.
Previously, the couple would usually stay in a hotel when visiting Los Angeles, or rack up a $100,00-a-month rental home.
The last time Beiber owned a home was in Calabasas that he sold to Kourtney Kardashian in 2014.
The L.A. Times revealed that the Bieber bought a 1930s Monterey Colonial that had recently been renovated by Hollywood production designer Charles Infante.

The real estate photos show a modern property that showcased a courtyard, a zero-edge infinity pool, olive trees, and a fire pit.
Inside the house, there are five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a library, a bar, a wine cellar, and a home theatre.
While it is yet to be determined if the newlyweds are moving in together, they where spotted together in the city.
Recently the couple have been spending a lot of their time on the East Coast in New York City, where Bieber has been getting treatment for his depression.
Earlier this week, People reported that Bieber had therapists in both cities.
“Justin is still receiving treatment on both coasts, but is doing okay,” a source told the outlet. “He is very, very focused on getting better. He wants to be in a great place for his own and Hailey’s sake. He is still confident that he will get there.”
