Shane Crawford has officially joined the 2019 season of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.
And his first impression of camp was from a terrifying challenge with a ridiculously good pal – Justin Lacko.
In Monday night’s episode, we kick off learning that the Love Island Australia star has a really good set of pipes.
Angie observed that he has “many layers… or three?”
With Yvie chiming in that he’s a “protected species.”
But the evening’s biggest moment is the arrival of brand new camper Shane Crawford!
WHO IS SHANE CRAWFORD?
The 44-year-old is a celebrated is a former AFL player who repped Hawthorn and is the recipient of the Brownlow Medal.
Prior to meeting Shane at the Tunnel of Terror, Justin expressed that he was the nation’s “Golden Child”.
He ever toyed with the idea of becoming camp leader. He then reminded viewers he is not only the best looking…
He is Justin Lacko.
Dressed in his newly minted red camp gear, Shane was met with a “baptism of fire”.
“I think I’m going to cry!”
Dr Chris advises he’ll be camp leader.
Upon seeing his camp opponent, it’s clear Justin has no clue who Shane is.
The celebs have 13 minutes to find 13 stars.
Justin is in a light up tunnel, that mirrors Shane’s pitch black tunnel.
The OG camper instructs Shane where to get the stars.
Dr Chris Brown reminds Justin is Shane’s “eyes”.
The pair are faced with slime and biting ants as they continue with the challenge.
Halfway through the challenge, Justin’s light goes out.
Remarkably, Justin is fantastic at giving Shane advice.
For the final two stars, the pair worked together.
And did amazing!
“Have you got ants in your pants,” Julia asked.
Justin collected 7 stars.
Shane collected 6 stars.
The duo got all 13 stars.
To celebrate, the boys both took off their pants. And Julia was #thankful.
