The TV star spoke to Fitzy & Wippa after his charity cricket team took out the win during a friendly match on the lawn of Prime Minister Scott Morrison’s residence, Kirribilli House on Thursday.

And the 45-year-old couldn’t resist showing off about his win – his second in a row at the annual event.

“That’s what I keep telling Channel Nine, I’m your lucky charm!” Karl responded when asked how he felt about his achievement.

“Pete’s on Sky news now, he’s got three people watching him,” he joked.

However, all jokes aside, Karl admitted it was a fantastic day.
