Anything Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle wear becomes sold out as soon as the royal women step out.
But there is one things that both ladies will never wear around the Queen: wedges. Despite the major comfort factor, Queen Elizabeth just isn’t a fan.
“The Queen isn’t a fan of wedged shoes,” a source told Vanity Fair. “She really doesn’t like them and it’s well known among the women in the family.”
Although the Duchess of Cambridge opts to wear wedges a lot, she has never been photographed wearing them around Queen Elizabeth.
And so it is likely that Meghan will follow the same no-wedges rule around the Queen like Kate, but with her track record of breaking royal fashion protocol, you never know!
