A new trailer for season two of The Kardashians has dropped just days out from the premiere, confirming that Khloé and Tristan’s relationship will be at the forefront of the show.
“There is something I’m ready to talk about… Tristan and I are having another baby” Khloé shares in the opening scene of the short trailer.
“It’s supposed to be an exciting time but it’s just a different experience” she tearily explains.
Khloé announced that she and Tristan were expecting their second child via a surrogate just a month before it was revealed that Tristan had welcomed another child with an unknown woman.
Audiences watched Khloé find out about the affair during the last episodes of season one – since then she has announced the birth of her son, but has not divulged any details.
“This has been a difficult time in my life but it’s the start of something positive happy and beautiful,” explains Khloé in the trailer.
The latest clips seemingly confirm that the rocky period will be the focus of season two, with Khloé’s mother Kris explaining that “It’s hard to watch her in pain.”
Khloé has remained tight-lipped on the situation following the birth of her son in August, only sharing sparse details with Elle almost a month later.
In the interview, the mum of two explained that she views motherhood as “a gift” despite her difficult history with her kids’ father.
“Being able to shape little people into really incredible big people is an honour and a gift,” she said of her new son and elder daughter True, four.
“I know it’s cliche, but I love everything, even the hard parts [of parenting].”
She also revealed that she was taking her role as a single mum “very seriously.”
“It’s super scary, but I take my job very seriously,” Khloé added.
“We have to take those roles seriously, especially in today’s day and age, with how much accessibility children have and the information they’re exposed to so young.”
When will season two drop?
Season two of The Kardashians has been confirmed to premiere on September 22, 2022, in the US. Given there was no gap between when it aired over there and dropped in Australia, we’re certain we’ll get it on the same day.
