If you thought Psalm was an unusual name, wait until you hear what Kim Kardashian nearly called her fourth child.
In the latest episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s, the cameras follow Kim and husband Kanye West as they welcome their youngest child, son, Psalm, now five-months, via surrogate.
During the episode, Kim explains to the Kardashian klan how they chose her son’s name, and the moniker they very nearly settled upon.
“His name was going to [be] Ye, but Kanye didn’t like Ye because Ye doesn’t mean anything,” she said. “We looked up every name in the bible that had Ye in the beginning, and the only name was Yehezkel, and [sister Kylie Jenner] called at the last second and was like, ‘No!’”
“Psalm and Saint sound good together,” the KKW Beauty mogul added. Kim and Kanye are also parents to son, saint, three and daughters North, six and Chicago, 20-months.
Kim also revealed that their chosen surrogate was “so amazing,” having “the easiest delivery” where “she pushed literally maybe one time.”
“[Sister Kourtney Kardashian] and Kanye were in the room with me,” she added. “I feel so complete. I really do feel like four [kids] is the perfect number for me. I feel so full in the best way, but I’m done.”
Last week, Kim made the shocking admission that she was prepared to miss Pslam’s birth in order to attend the Met Gala.
“This time right now is so crazy hectic for me,” Kim explained during a recent KUWTK episode.. “Studying law and the baby coming soon and I have the Met Ball this week. It’s all really overwhelming, I wish I had more time.”
The reality star even had a back-up plan if the two events collided.
“I just have to get to the Met and back before the baby comes. [The surrogate] is due in eight days, but I’m going to stay committed to the Met.
