The reality star revealed to Us Weekly that she is very careful not to speak negatively about her body when she’s around her children, daughters North, six, and Chicago, 22 months, and sons Saint, three, and Psalm, six months.

“I definitely come from amazing sisters that are extremely confident and… we talk a lot about what not to say in front of our kids body-wise,” Kim explained.

“We do talk about not being so hard on ourselves and not being so judgmental.

“We have those open conversation, but I’m grateful that everyone is really healthy and is confident and also healthy mentally to where they don’t let [negative] comments really get to them.”

Earlier this month, Kim admitted she was on a desperate mission to regain her figure after she reached her goal weight last year, before subsequently gaining 8kgs.

“OK, so we’re doing a night workout before my dinner, which I never do with this one, but I figured we have to get into it at some point,” Kim said in a video posted on her Instagram Story, referring to her trainer, Melissa Alcantara. “And yeah, I mean, sometimes we all off and sometimes you really gotta get it together and this is one of my fallen off times where I am, I think, 18 pounds up from what I was about a year ago, a year and a half ago.”

“To feel good, I just want to get it like, a really good goal weight and so that means working out at all costs,” she said. “It’s my eating. I work out but it’s like my eating. But Melissa and I have a major goal for by the time I’m 40.”
