Kylie Jenner has confirmed that she will be shutting down her Kylie Cosmetics distribution centre amidst the coronavirus pandemic.

The 23-year-old made the announcement following the enactment of the safer at home order in California which means that non-essential workers must stay home.

Kylie’s half-sister, Kim Kardashian has also announced that the fulfillment center for KKW Beauty had temporarily closed.

‘Due to the current health orders in California, the fulfillment center we use is temporarily closing,’ Kylie confirmed on her brand’s Twitter account.

‘While our website remains available to accept orders, our fulfillment center cannot guarantee delivery dates at this time. Your order will receive top priority as soon as we can resume shipping.’

Meanwhile, the post on the KKW Beauty Instagram page read: While this remains a difficult time for us all, we have been so inspired by all of the amazing support we are seeing within our community and would like to thank you for your patience and understanding.’

Kim did however confirm that her shapewear line SKIMS will be ‘restocking our most-loved Cotton collection and donating 20% of the drops profits’ to the charity’s COVID-19 Emergency Response Program in order to ‘support their mission to provide basic essentials to children and families in need.’
