Jessika Power, 27
Executive administrator Jessika keeps fit by regularly rock climbing in her home town of Perth.
In a package recorded for her wedding episode, it shows her chalking up her hands before a vigorous climbing session at an indoor gym.
Jessika says she wants to meet someone who “will fall in love with my personality first, rather than with how I look.”

Martha Kalifatidis, 30

Hair and makeup artist Martha mixed up her diet a few years ago – opting to cut out meat and dairy.
“For the past two years I did a strict vegan diet. And I loved it! I never felt better in my life,” she tells WHO.
And she reaped the benefits too.
“I felt like I was ageing backwards. I wasn’t just losing weight but the quality of my skin was amazing, and my hair. Everything was glowing.”
She also admits she loves to keep active and focuses on cardio. “I love to work out. I walk every day – I do like 20,000 steps a day.”

Heidi Latcham, 38
She turns heads everywhere she goes thanks to that mop of fabulous curls and a penchant for figure-hugging dresses.
But by all accounts radio presenter Heidi works hard on her sensational body, choosing dance classes to keep fit.
According to Facebook, she also enrolled in a course at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2013, so health and wellbeing are clearly something she considers important.
