Jules Robinson shares her day on a plate following 9kg weight loss

She’s been showing off her incredible 9kg weight loss since teaming up with Weight Watchers, and now Jules Robinson has revealed exactly what she eats in a day in order to keep her body in shape.

The former Married At First Sight star told a local publication that Weight Watchers (WW) has taught her the importance of healthy habits without ‘restricting’ her favourite foods.

“WW has changed my life because it taught me sustainability for my health for the future,” said Jules

The reality star said the reason she felt so passionately about partnering with the weight loss brand was that is “a lifestyle, not a diet,” and that she wouldn’t have to give up her favourite foods.

“[WW] includes things like chicken, potatoes, brown rice, veggies and fruits – even wholemeal pasta and grains,” she said.

Jules now enjoys a balanced diet and starts her day off with fresh fruit and Greek yogurt or an omelette.

For lunch, she enjoys a light meal of tuna on corn rice cakes or a quinoa salad.

Wholemeal pasta with lots of veggies and some chicken is her favoured dinner choice.

Speaking to New Idea last year, the MAFS star revealed she hired a personal trainer in the run up to her wedding to Cam Merchant.

“In the run-up to the wedding, I was seeing my personal trainer, Nat, as often as I could, attending her paddle boarding and boxing on the beach classes too,” she said at the time.

“My love of boxing has really grown over the last few months, and I’m much better at it now than when I first started.”
