Whilst Cam Merchant and Jules Robinson were the most obvious success story of Married At First Sight season six, Martha Kalifatidis and Michael Brunelli were the quiet achievers and continue to be very much in love years after their TV wedding.
But after some telling emojis, fans are convinced the couple will be taking the next big steps very soon.
To celebrate Michael’s milestone 30th birthday, former MAFS bride Martha shared a sweet Instagram post dedicated to her partner.
In the snap, Martha, 32, can be seen sitting on Michael’s lap as they happily sip on cocktails.
“Happy Birthday babe. You’re everything to me. You’re already perfect but I can’t wait to see what you do in this next chapter. 30. Welcome to the club!” she captioned the photo.
However, it was Michael’s response in the comments section that drove fans wild.
In response to Martha’s loving post, Michael shared a series of emojis including an engagement ring, a baby bottle, a house and a face with a cheeky hand over its mouth.
With engagement and baby buzz in the air, fans went wild and begged the couple to start expanding their family.
“GIVE US THE BABIES CMON GUYS,” one exclaimed.
“Bring on the triplets,” joked another.
“I’d love to see Martha’s pregnant style!” remarked a third.
Martha and Michael met at the altar when they were matched for MAFS’ sixth season.
Despite admitting Michael was not like her normal type at all, Martha confessed that she became more and more connected to him as time went on and by the final vows, the couple made the decision to pursue their relationship outside of the experiment.
Along with Cam and Jules from their season and season two’s Erin Bateman and Bryce Mohr, they are one of the few remaining MAFS couples still together in the real world.
At the end of 2019, the couple revealed that they were moving in together in Sydney and despite having some ups and downs during the lockdown period, are stronger than ever.
“I owe a lot of my success to you and this is only the beginning of what we will achieve,” Michael wrote in a recent appreciation post dedicated to his partner.
“We are a team and nobody can stop us. I love you more everyday.”
A legit wedding and babies have been on the cards for Michael and Martha since they starred on MAFS together.
“I can definitely imagine my future with Michael,” Martha told TV WEEK in 2019.
“Our foundations are similar and we have strong family values.”
Martha added: “I do want to have children one day – I don’t think I’m ready now, though. [But] I could imagine having a family with him. Yes, definitely.”
