Married At First Sight’s Poppy Jennings has slammed one of the show’s relationship experts in a brutal Instagram video.

Just hours ahead of Sunday night’s final, Poppy took to Instagram to mock New Zealand born Trisha Stratford.
‘Hello everyone, it’s Trish here once again,’ Poppy said in a mock Kiwi accent.
‘You might be aware that MAFS is coming to an end tonight.

‘This may be very difficult news for some people to deal with considering they were using the program to help them get to sleep every night due to the fact it was extremely boring.’
‘Might I suggest, in replacement of the show, taking up a small drug habit.
‘I find that valium may help, but you might want to consult your doctor – or an expert – as it may decrease your levels of intimacy.’
Poppy also offered some tongue-in-cheek advice to anyone thinking to apply to a reality show.

‘Might I suggest that you first throw yourself in front of a truck, get intimate with a swarm of bees or stick pens in your eyes,’ she said.
‘As you may find these experiences much more enjoying than losing all your dignity in a public forum and being relentlessly bullied.’
Last month, single mum, Poppy took to social media to blast the Nine Network and her MAFS ‘husband’ Luke Eglin.
In a savage takedown, the outspoken contestant reaffirmed she’s been speaking to her lawyers about what she can and can’t say, hinting she will reveal what went on behind the scenes at a later date.
‘I have seen lawyers so I can say everything I want to say without fear of defamation,’ she began in an Instagram Q&A with her followers. ‘I am working towards being able to tell the truth because it doesn’t sit well with me to shut my mouth over something this serious.’
She also wasted no time accusing the FIFO worker of “gaslighting” her, admitting even his friends and family had been slamming her television husband behind his back.
‘I have had messages from his ex-wife, his ex-girlfriend, and someone he works with, all saying he’s a “dick”,’ the mum-of-two said. ‘He gaslighted me completely. I was scared shitless.’
