It’s been over three months since filming wrapped on Married At First Sight.
But tensions are still very high with some of the castmates, ahead of Australia seeing the most dramatic reunion of all time.
A big core of the cast – Ning, Cam, Jules, Jessika, Dan, Mike, Billy and Melissa all attended Nova 96.9’s Fitzy & Wippa MAFS fan dinner party.
And in the video below, you can see the drama is very real.
The dinner party saw the radio duo bring out everyone’s favourite – the honesty box.
Of course, Dan was asked when Jessika will be meeting his 5-year-old son.
In an attempt to ensure fans that their romance is not fake, he said, “We’re just taking our time.”
“We are just building a bit of a foundation and building a relationship.”
Jessika, who has moved from Perth to the Gold Coast to be with her man, isn’t worried.
“I moved three weeks ago. But as we say, his son’s five [and] he’s impressionable. We want to make sure that our love is strong enough to be there for him,” she said.
“But he has seen a picture of me and said, ‘Daddy, your girlfriend is pretty!'”
Jessika also admitted she was a “bitch” on the show.
“At the last dinner party, Jules said she thought you were immature. What did you want to say to Jules tonight?” Jess was asked.
She responded, “I think that Jules… she wasn’t saying we were immature overall, she was saying our behaviour at a lot of the dinner parties was immature and I agree with her.”
“I think a lot of our behaviour was immature and was childish and we were being brats and we were distancing ourselves from the group because… we were just being bitches.”
Other highlights include Billy saying he wished he was paired with Heidi.
Mike then said, “You can have her!”
At one point Fitzy and Wippa look to see if they had security organised.
Ning said she’d drop a glass of wine on Martha.
