Married At First Sight’s Elizabeth Sobinoff has given her haters their just desserts.

In her latest Instagram offering, Lizzie shared an empowering message alongside a picture of her tucking into a decadent dessert.
The reality star – who was horrifically fat-shamed by her TV ‘groom’ Sam Ball and has undergone a body transformation since leaving the show – started her post by sharing just some of the vile messages that she regularly receives from online trolls.
“‘You’re fat’, ‘You’re ugly’, ‘Your make-up is disgusting’, ‘You look better now that you’re skinnier’, ‘You look ugly blonde, did nothing for you’ ‘You love yourself too much’,” she wrote.
“No, let me correct you,” she went on.
“I’m Elizabeth. I have self worth and I’m more than just my appearance. I’m opinionated. I’m kind. I’m quirky. I believe in beating stigmas. I’m definitely not innocent and I make mistakes. I cry, I laugh, I yell.”
Lizzie then went on to thank the strong women in her life who have been there for her in her darkest times.
“These ladies all embrace me and educate me and lift me up. As I do for them,”
The MAFS star recently unveiled her newly slimmed-down body. The jewellery store manager has undergone something of a transformation in recent months, dying her platinum blonde locks and showcasing a more minimalistic make-up look.
