According to reports, Basic was drunk on vodka and champagne at her sister’s house in Redland Bay when she rammed her vehicle into her sister’s car which was parked in the driveway.

It is alleged she later told a female officer to “f—— arrest me, arrest me b—-” when they arrived.

She then gave officers a false name of “Vanessa Dorothy Ines”.

The magistrate told Basic she needed to “get some perspective on life”, saying she acted like an “absolute brat” and her behaviour had been disgusting.

“It sounds like you have been living in a bubble of artificiality,” Magistrate Deborah Vasta said.

Community service would help her “get into reality” and understand the “real fabric of society”.
