The 27-year-old – who caused controversy by cheating on ‘groom’ Mick Gould with fellow contestant Dan Webb – claims she has changed a lot since appearing on the reality show and is no longer the same person.

‘I cop hundreds of horrible comments daily and it’s all based on the behaviour people saw from me on MAFS,’ she told Daily Mail Australia.

‘MAFS was filmed months and months ago, and I have learned a lot about myself and I’m still learning each day.’

‘I’m not a nasty, horrible girl [anymore] and I honestly have to laugh at the trolls, because they come to my Instagram to say horrible things and call me a bully – but that makes them bullies!’

Earlier this week Jessika took to Instagram with a lengthy rant, slamming cyber bullies for “hiding behind their screens.”

‘I have suffered immensely since MAFS and it’s left me rattled knowing this is the kind of abuse people can throw around,’ she said.

I have always maintained a thick skin and thankfully, haven’t allowed the words to hurt me but what about the next person who isn’t as mentally strong to deal with it? Not all forms of abuse leave bruises and cyber bullying kills.’
