After Jess told Ning that her Married At First Sight husband Mark lies to her during the girls night and was planning to seek out a tonne of women with Mick after the experiment, Mark was determined to get answers during Wednesday’s dinner party.
But when he didn’t know how to raise the issue, Mike stepped in.
“Hey Jess, what’d you say about Mark last night?” he said in front of the group.
Jess was quick to deflect his question, smirking as she flicked her hair and said, “If Mark wants to speak to me he can speak to me in private.”
“I didn’t know that Mike was going to do that but all the girls were there last night and I assume that they’ve told their partners what happened,” Mark said. “So I want to hear it from you.”
Desperate to get away from the situation, Jess said “I can have a chat with you later if you like.”
Jess then told Mark she was concerned about mum-of-three Ning, saying she didn’t think he was there for the right reasons.
When Mark asked who had given her that impression, she refused to say, even when Mike pressed her further.
“I owe you nothing Mike, I owe the group nothing.”
