Married At First Sight’s Stacey Hampton has hinted that she may be in the running to become the next Bachelorette!

The 26-year-old opened up about whispers that she’s set to defect to Network 10 in order to become the next star of The Bachelorette during an Instagram Q & A on Wednesday.
Stacey was asked, ‘Would you go on another (reality) show?’
‘Give me a year to think about that. I need to get over this. I need a whole year to get over this and corona,’ she replied.
‘But potentially. A lot of people have mentioned Bachelorette. I don’t know, we’ll see.’
While we’ll have to wait a while yet to see if Stacey is set to grace our screens again, it was confirmed last month that Dancing With The Stars judge, Sharna Burgess is set to be this year’s Bachelorette.
The flame-haired beauty hinted at her appearance on the show during a chat with Entertainment Tonight last November.
‘I am absolutely looking for love, I’m ready for love. I am getting more and more open to being The Bachelorette,’ she teased.
‘I just got back from Australia and it became a pretty hot topic over there on whether I could be the next Bachelorette in Australia, so that’s an interesting thought for me.’
While TV Blackbox podcast contributor Ben Norris broke the news about Sharna – “The contract is dry and she is going to be The Bachelorette” – he said, Network Ten producers have refused to confirm or deny the news.
