The controversial reality-TV star is seen rocking pink hair and makeup to match.
The photo has fans speculating that the 27-year-old has gone under the knife.
Power is yet to confirm the full details of any cosmetic enhancements after she was photographed leaving a Sydney cosmetic clinic.
However Jessika shared a video to Instagram in which she hinted at the nature of her procedure.
She said: ‘I just got home from surgery. As you can see, I look a little worse for wear. But I’m happy with the results that I’ve had done. It was cosmetic surgery so I’m okay.
‘I can’t share with you just yet what I’ve had done. Dr Rastogi and I are putting together a little video for you all so you can see the whole process and see what was done, but I’m really excited!’
