Married at First Sight star Sarah Roza is almost unrecognisable in her latest Instagram selfie.
The 38-year-old – who is known for her fiery red hair – was snapped sporting a very smooth visage.
‘I had my masseters muscles treated to stop me grinding my jaw/teeth at night and it’s also helped slim my jaw,’ she revealed.
Sarah also revealed ‘perfect lighting and amazing makeup’ helped achieve her flawless look.
‘I’m wearing triple the amount of makeup I normally wear to create this “natural” look,’ she added.
