They fought unsuccessfully for love on this year’s Married At First Sight, and now Mike Gunner and Billy Vincent are packing some punches in the boxing ring.
The Nine reality tv stars ditched the cameras and the onscreen drama for some real-life action as they came head to head in a charity boxing match in Brisbane last weekend.

The TV grooms fought to the bitter end in aid of LIVIN, an organisation that aims to “break the stigma of mental health” – with all proceeds from the match going to the charity.
While both men looked fighting fit, it was Billy who came out on top, squaring Mike with several deft punches before being crowned the victor and receiving an $11,000 cheque to donate to charity.
‘Whatever happens tomorrow, my head will be held high. I’ve dropped 8kg and picked up a mean right hand,’ Billy shared with his Instagram fans.
All in the name of good fun, the pair even managed to pose together at the end of the match.
