Married At First Sight’s Elizabeth has weighed in on the Ines and Sam debacle…and she’s 100% Team Ines!
“She was ready to put all her inhibitions on the line to be with this person and then he’s making her look like she’s insane,” Lizzie told 9Honey Celebrity.
“For him, even in the media, to call her a liar about the extent of their relationship… like no, I would 100 per cent be behind Ines. That girl might have lied about a few things but she would never have lied about that.”
However, just because Lizzie is backing up Ines, it doesn’t mean they will ever be friends.
“We are too different to ever have a friendship or a bond. I don’t want her in my life, I don’t need her in my life an I don’t think it would be beneficial or any level,” says Lizzie.
The MAFS reunion special saw Lizzie and Ines form an unlikely alliance against Sam – who decided not to take part in the final reunion – as they had both been hurt by him.
Sam hurt both women throughout their experiment when he cheated on Lizzie with Ines, and then blindsided Ines by dumping her before they even had a chance to get together.
