The reality TV star who has garnered loads of attention for his curly hair has done the noble thing and chosen the perfect excuse to cut it off – to raise money for charity after the Gold Telethon.
In a segment on Channel 9’s charity show, Brunelli sat still as his TV wife and real-life girlfriend Martha Kalifatidis chopped it off for him.

Michael has in the past revealed he was holding on his strands until he was ready to raise some funds for his chosen charity, Children’s Hospital Randwick.
On his official charity page, the star promised: “If the target is reached, I have pledged to cut off my hair on live TV during Nine’s Gold Telethon in Sydney on Monday, June 10 from 9.00am.”
