Is it over for Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly? Fans think so after a glaring omission from Fox’s Instagram page.
Over the weekend Megan Fox deleted all photos of the pair from her Instagram account, sparking rumours that the couple had called their engagement off.
Not only did she delete photos of her fiance, but she also unfollowed him – and followed Eminem, Harry Styles and Timothee Chalamet instead.
Fans instantly grew suspicious, especially since MGK and Emininem have had a longstanding feud.
Rumours of the couple’s split continued to grow after Megan posted a cryptic image on Sunday morning, captioning a series of photos with lyrics from Beyoncé’s Pray to Catch Me. The song released in 2015 is believed to be about Beyoncé discovering husband Jay-Z’s infidelity.
“You can taste the dishonesty/ it’s all over your breath,” the caption read.
Hours after the post, Megan deleted her Instagram account. MGK has not spoken on the claims.
The couple first met in March 2020 and confirmed their relationship in July of that year. The couple were engaged in January 2022, with the couple regularly seen together on social media, and red carpet appearances – most recently the couple celebrated MGK’s Grammy nomination.
The couple’s unusual engagement announcement sparked outrage last year, when they claimed they drank “each other’s blood.”
“And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes … and then we drank each other’s blood,” Megan said in their proposal announcement.
“So, I guess to drink each other’s blood might mislead people, or people are imagining us with goblets and we’re like Game of Thrones, drinking each other’s blood,” she later clarified to Glamour UK in June.
“It’s just a few drops, but yes, we do consume each other’s blood on occasion for ritual purposes only.”
