Last night, Michael and Kyly Clarke announced their shock split after seven years of marriage. However, there’s one clue that indicated the state of the couple’s relationship that we all missed.

It has been reported that the Aussie cricket legend and his glamorous wife split up five months ago, with Michael moving out of the pair’s swanky Vaucluse mansion in Sydney and moving down the road to their $8 million Bondi apartment.
And just seven days ago, Michael posted a picture of the view from the Bondi pad on Instagram.
The cricket star gave another hint about his relationship status with his most recent Instagram post, a message assuring the couple’s four-year-old daughter, Kelsey he will be “right beside you”.
According to reports, Michael and Kyly are set face a $40 million divorce battle.
“After living apart for some time, we have made the difficult decision to separate as a couple amicably,” they said in a statement issued to The Australian’s Media Diary on Wednesday night.
“With the greatest of respect for each other, we’ve come to the mutual conclusion that this is the best course for us to take while committed to the co-parenting of our daughter.”
In November 2018, Michael was snapped looking cosy with his pretty blonde assistant Sasha Armstrong aboard Anthony Bell’s luxury yacht – but the former captain’s wife Kyly was nowhere to be seen.
Sasha has worked as Michael’s assistant for a number of years and she appeared very close and friendly with her boss while enjoying her time aboard the vessel.
However the pair denied they were anything romantic going on.
