MKR is back for season 10 and here are newest teams that are set stir up some competition in and out of the kitchen

Sydney-siders, Ibby, 30 and Romel, 42, plan on adding a little Middle Eastern flavours to the mix. “We wish to showcase this with a modern twist, yet staying true to the flavours that make Middle Eastern food so popular,” Romel says.

Friends Andy, 31 and Ruby, 39 are on a mission to add a bit of spice to the show. “We are going to bring that Latin fire to the competition and showcase our delicious Peruvian food,” Andy tells WHO.

Millennial brothers Josh and Austin are Youtube-taught aspiring chefs. “I started cooking about a month before we found out we were going on the show. Youtube and my brother,” Austin, 21, says.”

Jodie-Anne, 49, has been on TV before,  on Ready Steady Cook in 2009 and her husband of 17 years, Mick, 47, is happy for her to take the lead. “Jodie-Anne knows more about cooking and needs to take a more dominant role.”

Recently engaged couple Stacey and Ash reside in Byron Bay, and much like their hometown, the lovers are laid back – as they tell WHO they don’t plan on getting too fussed once their aprons go on. Stacey, 27, says they plan to: “Stay calm, try and keep the bench space free and [play] 80s music.” Meanwhile, her fiancé, 34, revealed they
“Don’t stress, have fun, and taste everything.”

Amanda and Blake PERTH 29, 32

Brother and Sister duo

South Australian siblings Amanda and Blake are definitely in the competition to make an impact. “We will bring REALISM and no bullshit,” Blake, 32 tells WHO. “There will be plenty of laughs, but we aren’t fake, we are upfront and what you see is what you get.”

Karito and Ian WA

Happily Married

Proud parents Karito and Ian often open their home to their friends, but they were most inspired to enter the competition after a few words from their daughter. “Friends encouraged us to apply for the show and our daughter at home wouldn’t stop nagging until we did so,” Karito, 33 tells WHO.
