Sydney PR queen Roxy Jacenko has shared a rare throwback photo taken before she had her cosmetic enhancements.
The successful business woman has made no secret of the tweaks she’s had done to her appearance, admitting to a boob job, rhinoplasty, Botox and lip fillers in the past.
Speaking about her rhinoplasty to WHO in June 2015, she said: “I was over the droopy end and bump on the top of my nose, so it made sense to get it tweaked.”
“My nose is already looking one hundred times better and being able to breathe [properly] is a luxury,” she added.

The PR guru stunned fans on Tuesday, when she shared the rare a pre-plastic surgery photograph which she jokingly captioned, “My oh my, how we get better with age.”
The now 38-year-old is barely recognisable in the throwback picture, as she smiles to the camera alongside a female friend.
Roxy has today also been dealing with a vile graffiti attack on her Paddington business premises, with vandal scrawling obscenities across walls and a nearby bridge.
And it’s not the first time her Sydney office in the suburb of Paddington has been defaced by vandals, after another targeted attack in 2017.
But she’s determined not to give in to the attackers.
“Call me names all you want, I will continue to rise above it, each and every time,” Roxy told news.com.au.
“You aren’t upsetting me one bit. All you are doing is wasting your time and firing me up to succeed,” she added.
