Police have revealed that the case has officially been closed as no further evidence has come to light, despite Jacenko’s best efforts to publicly reveal the mystery woman.

“Surry Hills Police Area Command has conducted an investigation into this matter,” a New South Wales Police Force spokeswoman told Daily Mail Australia.

“At this stage no person of interest has been identified.

“Additionally we are not aware of any further incidents occurring since the matter was reported to the NSWPF on Monday 14 October 2019.”

The ‘Paddington Pooper’ made headlines last month after Roxy captured on camera a mystery female jogger defecating outside her Sweaty Betty HQ in Sydney’s affluent suburb of Paddington.
The videos, taken in broad daylight and shared to Roxy’s Instagram page, clearly show a woman squatting behind a car outside the PR guru’s office.

The story quickly went viral, making headlines in UK publications The Sun, Metro and LADbible, as well as New Zealand outlets TVNZ and the New Zealand Herald.

Days after posting the videos, Roxy revealed she was forced to delete the footage after many accused her pal Jackie O Henderson of being behind the act.

“I took the video down because everyone kept saying it was Jackie. I thought, ‘oh good grief this needs to go’,” the PR maven said during a phone interview on KIIS FM’s The Kyle and Jackie O Show.

Despite police stating they haven’t caught Roxy’s poo jogger, in an episode of last month’s A Current Affair, host Tracy Grimshaw confirmed that the ‘Paddington Pooper’ had been identified, however her name had yet to be made public.

Grimshaw went onto say that the woman tried to remain in hiding by “deleting her social media accounts” once the story went viral.
