Khloe Kardashian has set the record straight about rumours she cheated with ex Tristan Thompson while he was still dating girlfriend, Jordan Craig.
Radar Online obtained court documents where 27-year-old Craig claims Tristan Thompson cheated on her.
However Khloe has hit back at the allegations, taking to social media to set the record straight.
“I’m disappointed that I even feel the need to post this but… I need to say my truth. Take it as you will,” she said on her Instagram Stories. “My truth is: I met Tristan because HE CHOSE to go on a blind date with me. A mutual friend set us up. After going on some dates, Tristan told me that he had an ex that was pregnant. Obviously, I was reluctant about us continuing to date or start a relationship.”
According to the reality-TV star, the NBA player and his entourage went to great lengths to convince her he was indeed single.
“He had me talk with his most inner circle,” she explained. “He showed me physical proof (correspondence between the two) and had me on calls with his lawyers to prove his point. His best friends, business associates and even his mother told me him and his ex were broken up before we met.
“This is my truth. The truth that I believed and trusted. If for any reason this is NOT in fact the truth, I am so completely and utterly sorry that TRISTAN and his inner circle would lie on something like this.”
“Truthfully, from the deepest parts of my soul I am sorry! I’m sorry for any pain that has been created either way. No woman deserves to go through anything like this.”
Thompson was caught in another cheating scandal days before Khloe gave birth to the couple’s daughter True Thompson.
The pair stayed together until the NBA star was accused of cheating with her sister Kylie Jenner’s best friend, Jordyn Woods.
In this case, the Cavaliers player really makes true the statement that ‘once a cheater, always a cheater!’
During all this mess, Khloe has had to deal with her other ex, Lamar Odom coming out with new details about their marriage in his memoir “Darkness To Light”, like his death threats to the KUWTK star in a drug-fuelled rage.
“Khloe came down and knocked on the door. I opened it suddenly and grabbed her forcefully by the shoulders, which frightened her. ‘What the f**k are you doing?’ I screamed, out of my mind. ‘You trying to embarrass me in front of my friends? I’ll f**king kill you! You don’t know what I’m capable of!’”
