Taylor Swift and her new beau, Tom Hiddleston, arrived at Sydney International Airport early on July 8, bound for the Gold Coast, where the English actor will begin shooting Thor: Ragnarok, which stars leading men Chris Hemsworth and Mark Ruffalo.
Swift, 26, who was last in Australia in November 2015 for her 1989 world tour, and Hiddleston, 35, will travel by a commercial flight to the Gold Coast, where they will make a swift departure to a private residence in the Hinterland.
Hiddleston will be filming, the Marvel-based film which began production earlier this month, in Australia for the next three months, with Swift’s next public appearance not scheduled until October, where she will headline the US Formula 1 Grand Prix concert in Austin, Texas.
The evening before arriving in Sydney, the couple were seen walking arm-in-arm through at Los Angeles Airport after flying in from New York where they celebrated the Fourth of July at the singer’s mansion in Rhode Island.
Hiddleswift made their relationship ‘Instagram official’ this week, after they were snapped in a loved-up photo with friends Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, during the singer’s “Taymerica” Independence Day bash.
The couple, who met at the New York Met Gala on May 1, have already visited Rhode Island, Nashville, Suffolk and Rome together since going public with their romance three weeks ago, after the singer split from DJ Calvin Harris after 15 months of dating.
