The 30-year-old took to Instagram on Thursday to reveal taking part on the show had left her unemployed and with a ‘drinking problem.’
Posting a short video of herself downing a whole glass of wine on last year’s season of Bachelor, the civil engineer wrote: ‘Although the show left me unemployed with a slight drinking problem, it was all worth it in the end because well… swipe left to see for yourself.’
The next picture featured a group picture from last year, with Matt notably scribbled out. Sogand added the hashtag ‘friendchelor’, suggesting she appreciated the female friends she made in the show, rather than her interactions with Matt.
Sogand also said she was going ‘back to school’ before revealing going on The Bachelor left her ‘unemployed’.
Earlier this month, Sogand said men get intimidated by her profession as a civil engineer in an interview with The Daily Telegraph.
The amount of times I’ve had conversations with guys and as soon as I say “I’m a civil engineer”, their face goes weird,’ she admitted.
‘If a guy is intimidated by that, I don’t want him in my life,’ she added.
