The Block stars Josh Barker and Elyse Knowles may have won over viewers on the hit Channel 9 show, but they’ve also won big after auctioning their renovated Coburg home this weekend.
According to Domain, the personal project of The Block winners was sold at auction for a whopping $1.63 million.
Taking to Instagram, the model confirmed the exciting news alongside a picture of her boyfriend and their auctioneer.
“We have SOLD our first baby, with the one and only DAVID WOOD @hockingstuartalbertpark !! 500 people there !! It Shows again why he is the best auctioneer in Victoria . He smashed the record for Coburg !!! What a team we have ! Bring on new beginnings 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 @joshandelyse,” she captioned the snap.
This is the second time in three weeks, that the couple celebrates as the hammer fell in their favour.
Domain also reports that Knowles,24, and Barker, 28, had lived at 2 Lascelles Street in Coburg for three years, however, they’ve spent the past 18 months renovating the home.
Clearly, it was worth it! Congratulations to the happy couple.
