The Voice contestant Chriddy Black has a secret past that Channel Nine is desperate to keep hidden.
A report from the Daily Telegraph’s Confidential reveals that Chriddy is actually a model and is signed up to three different modelling agencies…and Chriddy isn’t even his real name!

The Gold Coast star’s real name is Chris Black and is on the books of Reel Models, SASS Management and N Model Management.
In a statement to Confidential, Nine said: “Chriddy is the name he auditioned with, as it’s his nickname. He is a part-time model, this wasn’t the focus of his story as it’s not his goal in life.”
In fact, far from being an undiscovered nobody, Chriddy – or Chris – has appeared in several high profile photoshoots, including one with Hollywood star KJ Apa and Australia’s own Lincoln Lewis.
And despite sporting a bleached blonde crop in the competition, the 26-year-old – who is being mentored by coach Guy Sebastian on the Nine TV show – has dark brown hair in several of the modelling shots that appear in his Instagram profile.
